We stayed at this hotel in 2025. There are more cons than pros. I'll start with the pros: 1) The beach and the sea are located near the hotel, through an underpass under the highway. 5 minutes walk. 2) Swimming pools at the hotel. One is big and deep for adults. The second one is for children. Now the cons: 1) FOOD. It's monotonous and there's not much of it. During the 10 days of rest, watermelon, melon and grapes were given from fruits. Dessert is also the same, and there wasn't enough for all the vacationers. There were long queues for food. Soy meat was constantly provided. Fish a couple of times, potatoes and pasta. There was no seafood at all, although the sea was nearby, so to speak. Greens, olives, olives, vegetables were enough. Usually people go on an all-inclusive vacation and gain weight, but on the contrary, we lost weight. The children couldn't eat their food at all for the first couple of days. There was no ice cream. In the evening, cookies and their Turkish tortillas were baked by the pool. They were constantly being quickly disassembled. 2) There is no animation. Neither for children nor for adults. In the evening, they play the same music. Like a disco. 3) The beach with rocks. It's easy to get hurt when swimming. You need to be constantly on the lookout for where you're going. 4) There are few sun loungers with umbrellas on the beach to occupy, the husband woke up at 7 a.m., went to the beach and left towels on the sun loungers. Of the drinks, only fanta, cola, sprite. 5) The rooms are old and worn out. It's very small for a family with children. We were given a cot that was collapsing. There was a balcony. The refrigerator is small. And then you leave the room, everything turns off. 6) Alcohol was free: vodka, wine, whiskey. Or simple cocktails like whiskey with coke, whiskey with sprite. More complicated cocktails are available for a fee. Alcohol until 22.00 and from 10 p.m. 7) Paid wi-fi. $2 per day. 8) The village of Kestel is quiet, there is not much to see. You need to go to the neighboring ones or to Natalia, Alanya. We won't go there again, that's for sure!

The hotel is the bottom. The location of the hotel is terrible. There is no entertainment inside, there are no recreation areas from the Paleolithic period, there is no beach. You can get to the city by bus (which you can't really catch), taxis don't want to go to this hotel (poorly located). We ran away from the hotel on the 3rd day, went to Alanya itself and checked into another one there. It's better to go by yourself, take hotels by yourself and relax. Everything in this hotel is bad: rooms, food, entertainment, staff.

The hotel is terrible, it was from October 18 to November 1 (we moved to a nearby hotel on November 1).The food is always cold, and there are always not enough kitchen appliances. The food was raw once. The staff is rude, especially Elena at the reception. There was only one key, we left it at the reception, but when we came to pick it up, there was no one there, they looked askance.During the whole time that I was there, the water in the pool was not changed (after the pool I got allergic). The rooms are in terrible condition, the shower barely works, the lamp in the toilet is always buzzing, it's scary. The beds are dead, the carpet is not vacuumed, the dust is everywhere. It's like you're being watched in your room. There were rumors that there were bedbugs on the sofas, which stand on every floor. The staff is very strange, I was afraid of them. The hotel shows that it has been closed for a long time.
