In this barbershop, I have encountered a problem with recording more than once. Making an appointment for a specific date and time does not mean that you will get to the master on time. I'm not talking about a delay of 10-15 minutes, the human factor has not been canceled. But upon arrival, it may turn out that your date does not match the one recorded by the master. Or they take another person in your time, and they put you in front of the fact of waiting in a far from polite way. There is also no way to notify the client in advance by phone about the changes, although you leave the number when recording.
