Terrible studio, terrible attitude towards visitors. Coach Zizu is absolutely non-contact, during training there are zero reactions and zero emotions, or such an attitude towards visitors through the 1fit application. But excuse me, then turn off the app and chase the flies at the reception. I have never felt such a humiliating feeling in any gym. Go to other more competent studios and learn how to communicate with visitors, etiquette and how to train, learn how to say hello, otherwise the face is a brick and it feels like the queen of the world.

This is simply outrageous! We couldn't recruit a group and canceled classes, and then they came up with some cheap excuses - they say I was 5 minutes late, and latecomers are not allowed in. Although the coach is sitting quietly at the reception and chatting at this time. Such an attitude towards customers is simply terrible! By comparison, at Just It Sense, even if the group is small, training sessions are always held because people have signed up, planned their hour and expect professionalism. Here, there is absolutely no respect for the time of customers. I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I signed up for the studio via the app. I was not allowed to attend the class. Although the support application after 5 minutes, as I left there, said that I could attend the class. The receptionist said the opposite. There is dirt around from the construction site. I stained my white jeans while I was getting to the studio. I went to wash them in the bathroom. So the receptionist started knocking for me to come out. Service 0 out of 5, customer care 0 out of 5. No options were offered on how to attend the class.
