The worst shipping service I've ever encountered Incompetence, deception, and complete disregard for customers are a brief description of the work of this company. 1. Endless delays – the package went on for more than a month, and no one could tell when it would finally arrive. 2. Unpleasant communication – operators ignore questions, respond with memorized phrases and ask to "wait for an answer." 3. Deception – they claimed that they had sent the parcel to the delivery service, but it turned out that it was registered only a few days later. 4. Problems with registration – I allegedly "did not specify the address", although the site's system does not allow leaving this field empty. 5. Irresponsibility – in the end, I was just told to call the delivery service itself and figure it out myself. I absolutely do not recommend it! If you want to save your nerves, stay away from this company.

Such "geniuses" of delivery still need to be looked for. The parcel went from Russia to Georgia for 4 months. I managed to leave Georgia and forget what was in the package at all. A miracle happened and the package arrived! Of course, the Russian border guards/customs officers are to blame for everything, but not the logistics company Strelicia. We are not ready to go to the meeting, there are no discounts for delivery or special storage conditions, we just put them on the storage meter

I ordered it before, and it seemed to be more or less ok. But the last time my order was picked up from the World Bank was on February 24, today is April 7 - nothing was delivered. During this time, a Wildberry outlet opened in front of my house, and I ordered, and the order has already arrived. 🤡 I'll probably get the February package by May, if I'm lucky.
