I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the work of ST-Prom LLC. Firstly, we are faced with a gross violation of product delivery dates. The LED lights we needed to implement the project were promised on time, but in practice the situation turned out to be completely different. The delay was more than 10 banking days, which is absolutely unacceptable in modern business conditions. Despite numerous requests and requests, the company representative only repeated the same promises, citing uncertain circumstances and coming up with non-existent reasons for the delay. This attitude leaves an extremely negative impression and raises doubts about the professionalism of the company's employees. We consider such behavior unacceptable and hope that the company's management will take measures to remedy the situation and prevent similar cases in the future. However, so far our expectations have been disappointed, and we have to recommend that potential customers exercise caution when cooperating with ST-Prom LLC.
