Купили ребенку велосипед за 800р. С первого дня тормозная система скрипела и свистела при торможении издавая звук авто УАЗИК. Думали притираются колодки. Спустя время на велосипеде стало невозможно ездить. Пришли на первое бесплатное ТО в сам магазе. Указали ряд неисправностей. Но к несчастью деталей нет в наличии и ждать 3 недели. Я указал чтобы вернули деньги за велосипед, но их внутренняя экпертиза СПОРТМАСТЕРА узала что колодки подверглись масляной пленкой и из за этого они скрипят. Я указал на замену колодок и уточнил что это не поможет т.к. это было изначально. А масленная пленка может появиться из-за дождя, лужи, грязи. На что мне ответили и диски повреждены масленым налетом. Что повергло меня в шок. Может мне не ездить на велосипеде и поставить это в шкаф? Я буду обращаться дальше для решения вопроса и возврата средств. Также сотрудник изначально по ремонту сказал, что данный велосипед и ряд моделей это частая причина обращения граждан по данному вопросу. Не качественный детали. Очень недоволен и доведу дело до канца.
