The salad with beef and honey mustard dressing is very tasty, The pancakes with cheeks and smoked sour cream were also pleasantly surprised, the smoked sour cream was embarrassing, but it turned out that it was very tasty, the cheeks just melted in my mouth, the portion size is good, I was full)) the only wish for the cook is less flour in the Draniki, of all the things I tried during our trip to Belarus, these were not the most delicious. Leah, the waitress, served us, told us everything about the menu, advised us, and it feels like the person knows the subtleties of the dishes and the smoked sour cream well. The dishes are all delicious, beautifully decorated, the service is fast, despite a fairly decent number of guests, we did not wait more than 15 minutes. The set In the firewood deserves special attention, the tinctures are very tasty, and the Mead should also be isolated separately. Salads were ordered with roast beef and tongue, hot dishes - frying pan with blood pudding and pork neck with potatoes. All dishes are worth 5 points. Of all the establishments in the city that we managed to visit, this seemed to be the most pleasant and sincere. The atmosphere is really inviting — you can feel the very comfort that you go to the Belarusian cuisine for. Of the dishes, I especially remember the draniki with smoked sour cream — unexpectedly and very tasty. In general, the classic positions here are complemented by interesting accents that pleasantly surprise. They cook fast enough, the menu is good, the choice is decent. Everything was delicious and soulful. We will definitely come back to try something else.
