We came with friends from Vitebsk, went to eat, we didn't expect any wow... but! Vitebsk's establishments still have to grow and grow to the level of an Owl! It was just an explosion of taste! Overall, it's not a bad place. For lunch with a child or lunch during a work break. We waited a long time for our order, as we did not order a set lunch. Everyone who came much later and ordered a set lunch received their order much faster. The waiters are not friendly, they seem to be friendly only to "their own" or regular customers.
