Excellent hotel. We stayed there for our wedding anniversary and we chose it for its position next to the Chinese park - we lived in China for six years and it brought our memories back. The hotel itself has an interesting touch of modern and traditional Chinese style. The hotel staff was friendly and they arranged a small cake for us waiting in our room. I requested a room with a view at the Chinese park and it was granted. The room was spacious, everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast had a large selection of food, including about ten Chinese dishes. Staff at the restaurant and especially at the reception was very helpful. They deserve praise. The only disadvantage of this hotel is the lack of a swimming pool and spa area as in other five-star hotels.

It’s rather 3-4 star than a proper 5. Customer service is below poor. My evening is ruined, my time and money spent and no one is accountable. While the interior is fine the rest is poor. Totally not coming back let alone recommending this place to anyone else.

Nice hotel 5stars but without spa center/pool. Very small training zal. In my opinion there can not be a 5star super lukse hotel without own spa center. There is world class however you need to register there because different organisation and written on hotel services that you should pay %80 price of world class entrance fee. So the spa&pool is not for free but for just %20 discount even for the guests staying at a 5star hotel. It’s a bit pity to be honest! Under my expectations. Normal breakfast starts at 7, nothing extraordinary. Kind employees
