I often drive along the M1 highway and always try not to drive past the Kebab Shop at 529 km. Interestingly, there are always visitors!!! The cafe is small, about 6-7 tables, no show-off, simple atmosphere, but their barbecue and homemade borscht are always wonderful. The meat is tender, juicy and moderately fried. It is served with pickled onions, which sets off the taste of the meat. The prices are acceptable! A serving of meat (200 g) and onions costs, in my opinion, 20.00 rubles. Sauce, kutchup, mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish are always on every table. The bread is free. And more importantly, you can always order a barbecue in advance, rather than waiting for it to be cooked later. Well done! I recommend you try it)))))
