A beautiful hotel with a well-maintained green area, friendly staff, a beautiful reef, six pools, daily high-quality cleaning! My husband and I were at Serenity alpha bich from March 16 to March 30. The food is wonderful and varied: beef, chicken, fish, seafood, vegetables, herbs, fruits, a huge variety of cakes and oriental sweets! I would especially like to mention the positive chefs who cook delicious grilled dishes! Every evening we were treated to delicious ice cream and fruits! I admired the work of the gardeners, what beauty they have created and continue to maintain in the desert! The whole area is an oasis!!! I would like to especially mention the friendly team of animators, they are all lighters, daytime and evening animation fire! These young guys and girls made our vacation fun and interesting! . We traveled from the Fun& sun company, we are very satisfied, everything is clear and punctual. We took 3 excursions from them (Cairo with a visit to the magnificent museum, pyramids and Sphinx; Dendera Luxor with a visit to beautiful temples and banana island; a boat trip with diving, snorkeling, bathyscaphe, parachute, banana, lunch with seafood and a visit to the island with white sand), which were recommended by the hotel guide Ayman. We are absolutely thrilled! We are very grateful to Ayman! . Definitely, I recommend this hotel to everyone! . If you are planning a vacation with children, then the neighboring hotel of the same chain "Serenity alma" is more suitable, there is a water park, a lunapark and everyone praises the children's animation! .

We stayed at this hotel in late May and early June with my husband for 10 days. We haven't been to Egypt for 11 years, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a very well-maintained green area, with a super friendly attitude of all staff from cleaners to managers, which has not been seen in Turkey in hotels of this level lately. The rooms are a little tired, but there are no global problems affecting the rest. The alcohol is locally produced, but of high quality. And the restaurant left the most positive impression about itself. - the food is varied, there is a lot of beef meat, both stewed and grilled, as well as fish, turkey, chicken, seafood, an abundance of side dishes for any diet, fruits watermelons, melons, grapes, peaches, apples, bananas, wonderful European and Egyptian desserts, ice cream, I was not lazy and counted the number of sweet pastries There are 38 different types of breakfast. -all the waiters are flying, their flight is monitored by the chef, several head waiters, the tables are covered with a tablecloth, a cloth napkin is on top, which is changed after each visitor, dirty dishes are cleaned instantly, all dishes are changed even before they are completely finished, clean dishes are available, no need to stand and wait. In my opinion, this is the merit of the chef, and of course the policy of the company's management. -pools with ordinary and sea water are spotlessly clean -in my opinion, the beach needs renovation. 1/3 of the beach has modern sun beds and umbrellas, 2/3 have antique wooden sun beds with dirty old mattresses and half-broken umbrellas. The pontoon and especially the 4 descents require immediate repairs, because this is safety, the descents are closed in turn, resulting in queues for descent and ascent. This is a fundamental disadvantage. But the gorgeous, clean sea and the kindness of all the staff smoothed out even that. We recommend this hotel for mature people.
