A great family hotel for relaxation!!!! Swimming pool, barbecue area, dining room, kitchen, verandas near the rooms. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. There are small shops, cafes and a canteen along the way. This is not the first time we have rested here. The rooms have air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a table, bedside tables, and are clean and cozy. The staff will always help if you need anything. Come and have a rest and you won't regret it!!!

We came with friends, a big campaign, and this hotel is perfect for that. Each of us has our own room in the house next to each other. The room is clean, comfortable, and the air conditioner works great. I would like to note that it is clear that the hotel is new, everything is new and fresh everywhere. The pool is perfectly clean, as well as the territory. We stayed at the Sea-Zone hotel in August, the hotel is new, the territory is well maintained. We lived in a separate house. The houses are in perfect condition, modern repairs, cleanliness everywhere. There is a kitchen on site, you can cook food if you do not want to eat in local cafes. Nice pool, heated, sun lounger, umbrellas. The city of Pitsunda is a 5-minute drive away, for those who like to make noise. The administrator of the Parkhat is a very attentive, cultured person. Vip did his job 100 percent. If we have more holidays in Abkhazia, we will definitely come back here again.
