SKAT is a stable and responsible airline Dignities: Safe flight, Normal condition of the cabin, Responsive flight attendants, Standard good food Disadvantages: There is no limit to perfection I flew with SCAT Airlines in December 2025 on a round-trip flight from St. Petersburg to Astana on a Boeing 737-800. I am very afraid of flying, but the courtesy and professionalism of the crew helped me cope with this phobia. We took off a little later due to the bad weather, so there are no complaints about the RAMP due to this reason. I would like to emphasize my responsibility and thank the airline staff at the stage of buying tickets from St. Petersburg to Astana. In October, when I tried to buy tickets through the SKAT airline's website, there were temporary severe disruptions to their official website. In this regard, the booking was done manually (probably in the office by the nice employees / (cam) of the RAMP). Information about this was provided in advance when performing the operation, for which it is already a big plus and thank you! It took about an hour to receive tickets on the website, but in the end all the necessary documents with tickets were sent on the same day.
