My opinion will relate to the (recently opened) confectionery department of this branch. Both whole cakes and a wide range of piecemeal pastries (including some types of pastries) were presented. The assortment has been systematized according to the price tags. the area was clean and tidy. The assortment of full cakes in this branch was not as wide, and the assortment of piecemeal cakes was the same as in the entire chain (see photos). I have already mentioned some types of baking in my previous reviews (tiramisu, Drunk cherry, honey, etc.). This time I tried: 📍classic Mikado (about 70 g/730 g)), 📍 lemon and apple pie (about 120 g/ 520 g)) ✅ The pieces were quite fresh. in baking with lemon and apples, I liked the strips of dough of medium thickness and softness, balanced in sweetness. there is no cream in the napkin, and the top is covered with a thin gel-like layer. Puree with apple and lemon between the dough layers. The taste of lemon is pronounced, but there is no bitterness and pronounced sour taste. The amount of sweetness in the filling is sufficient. My opinion will sound subjective, but I enjoyed trying the filling and dough separately. 🙃 The slices of Mikado are medium-crisp, quite thin, evenly baked, with a pleasant cocoa aftertaste. The cream was spread in very thin layers (I found out that it was based on condensed milk). The taste of chocolate chips is ordinary. A whole piece with medium humidity. I can't name any other special flavors in this version. The service in the department was friendly and timely (including at the checkout).
