I was very impressed with the studio. 1. The interior, the atmosphere, the music and the smell - everything is thought out so that going to the nails became a ritual.; 2. A huge selection of palettes! I haven't seen this in a long time; 3. Very friendly, caring and lovely craftsmen. Even if you're not their customer today, they'll definitely say hello and smile.; 4. As many types of tea as a treat is a very pleasant bonus.; 5. Pleasant prices and location in the city. The only thing I would like to recommend to the salon for improvement, so that the memories are always on top: I once got into a situation where a client signed up for one before me, but in fact working with him was difficult. As a result, they called me and just said that my master would be delayed for at least 20 minutes. In other places, in such cases, the next client or master should not suffer, but the person who incorrectly formed the record or did not understand the services. And secondly, I wanted to see that the salon was sorry, to get a simple human "sorry about what happened," and I was just dryly given this information and that's it. I work in the service industry myself, and it's very important for my mood and time. 🙏🏻 Thank you for your work!

My favorite nail salon in Minsk and here's why: beautiful and cozy interior, professional craftsmen always do what I ask. It is also important for me personally: a sterile instrument, safe materials, the absence of wounds and cuts after manicure. The girls are always polite, they will offer tea/coffee/ water. For me, this is not only a place where you can get a manicure, but also a place where you can relax and unwind for 2 hours)
