Sakura residential complex is not the best of all new buildings in the area. The apartment has panoramic windows that let in air and it gets cool, especially during the non-heating season. But after driving a little, you immediately leave for Alfarabi. There is no underground parking in the yard and all cars are parked along the road. There is a football indoor playground. There is a minimarket in the courtyard. Security at the barrier. There is no place to walk a dog or a child on the territory. We dug up all the pipes, as they were originally made poorly. The house was not damaged in the earthquake.
