We purchased a tour to Dubai at the beginning of March through Natalia's manager. The hotel accommodation and plane tickets were perfectly matched. However, during the trip, a situation arose with the cancellation of flights. Many tourists were unable to return on time. The tours were ending, but the planes weren't flying. During this situation, Natalia was in touch with us literally day and night and, for her part, helped with the extension of accommodation and tickets for the rescheduled flight.
