The Church of St. Sophia is the oldest in Nessebar and dates back to the 5th-6th centuries. The temple is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List and in the list of 100 tourist sites in Bulgaria. The church is located in a place that was supposedly the center of an ancient city. In the 13th century, the church was looted by the Venetians during a campaign against the Bulgarian Empire, and many relics were taken to Venice to the church of San Salvatore.

And there are many more interesting buildings. The feeling of a holiday is created by the warm weather, ancient streets, cheerful crowds of strolling guests. At the entrance to the city, a piper meets (I guarantee for 12 years of his work), he plays beautifully! You can walk around the whole island along the shore, there is a good road with views of the sea and Sunny Beach, and St. Vlas. I come every time I come, and I never get bored!
