This is the worst experience I've had since I came to russia at fast food place, let me start with the time it took to get the food, I always get the food in 2 3 minutes max but why did i wait 30 whole minutes to receive the worst food i ever tasted at a "fast food" place: the bread was so dry i couldn't swollen it, chicken tasted like it was cooked in car oil, the fries was dry same as bread, and lastly i got food poisoning for 2 days after i ate at this shitty place. They need to make an option of 0 stars cause this shit not worth eating. Not going to any fast food chain after this experience

Большой зал. Отдельный вход. Внутри чисто и красиво. В кафе есть бесплатный интернет с авторизацией по номеру телефона. Рядом парковка. 🅿️ Как во всех кафе сети, очень вкусные острые крылышки! А вот качество обслуживания в этом кафе меня опечалило. Задержка выдачи заказа, сделанного через приложение, восемнадцать минут! Отсутствие даже попытки какой-либо компенсации на столько длительной задержки, кроме фразы «извините» от сотрудника Алексея. Очень странный подход, особенно в такой большой сети, в которой при задержке даже на десять минут предлагают мороженое или пирожок в качестве извинения. Развернув заказ, уже у себя обнаружил полное отсутствие в пакете салфеток, даже не влажных, которые идут к ведру крыльев, которое сейчас стоит почти тысячу рублей, а полное отсутствие, даже бумажных. Мне печально видеть такое качество обслуживания клиентов.
