Initially, I called to make an appointment with a specific doctor, asking if she would accept my question. They promised to clarify and call back.
They didn't call back. A day later, I called to clarify what was wrong with my question. I was answered in an extremely dissatisfied voice, "when do you want to record?".
She clarified that I needed to view the MRI disk, which they could not open in another clinic because there was no program. They answered on the phone that there was a program and the doctor would look at it without any problems.
On the day of admission, it turned out that there was no program and there was no way to view the disc. I already found out this at the doctor's office.
The reception turned out to be useless. I wasted my time instead of finding a clinic where I would not be misinformed and would provide a service in good faith.
Neither the doctor nor the young ladies at the reception brought me apologies.
I did an ultrasound of the heart, everything went well. But after that, I went to my doctor and, to put it mildly, she was blown away by the conclusion. The diagnosis was made, a heart defect was not excluded, so do I have a heart defect or do I not have one? Why am I doing this ultrasound? To probably eliminate all diseases and vices.
It will have to be redone, already in another clinic. It's a pity the money was wasted.
