I always contact the Invitro Medical Laboratory. I am very pleased with the work of the entire center and especially Valentina. She's a real professional! I did everything very quickly and carefully, I didn't feel any discomfort at all. Valentina spoke in great detail about the preparation for the tests and about the procedure itself. The child was treated twice (14.03 and 18.03). The paramedic/nurse's attitude is rude, both times. At first I thought I had imagined it, but it turned out that I hadn't. She reacts aggressively to comments, throwing a pen in response. The child was sitting quietly, but the blood was taken directly into a fresh hematoma, which remained after the last fence. I have never seen such an attitude towards children and such unprofessionalism. The attitude in the state polyclinic was much better than here for the money. I strongly do not recommend this treatment room, especially with children. I wrote about these situations to the invitro mail, but apparently the appeals are not being considered.
