They took frames and lenses. The quality in Roniko salons is high for both frames and lenses. But it was in this branch that the staff disappointed: 1) They don't know anything about the characteristics of the products and their brands 2) They don't know anything about the refund and warranty rules 3) They promised to call when the glasses were ready, but they didn't call - they came and took them away.
