Review: I strongly do not recommend it! I want to warn everyone — do not contact this organization in any case. Personally, I was confronted with a terrible attitude and complete disrespect for the client. I handed over the blinds to an employee for restoration (on Victor Ambartsumyan Street 1/2). She promised: "Tomorrow they will take you to the workshop, calculate the cost, I will contact you, we will agree on the price, and by the end of the week everything will be ready — you will pick it up." Two days pass and there is no call. I'm calling myself. She said, "I'll call you back in half an hour." Of course, she didn't call. Two more days of silence. On the third day, I'm going to see her personally. When she sees me, she calls someone and gives out: "I'll try to get you to pick it up by Monday." And immediately demands an advance payment! To my question: "Will it be on Monday for sure?" he answers: "I'll try, but not exactly." That is, not only did she miss the deadline "by the end of the week," but now the next week is in question, and she wants to take the money right away, and when they do, it's not their problem anymore, but mine. Naturally, I got angry and demanded to return the blinds. Then she says, "If you want to pick it up, you'll have to go to the other side of the city, where the workshop is." The result: I handed over 1/2 to Viktor Ambartsumyan, but I had to pick it up myself from 9 Vahan Teryan 1st Street. Complete lack of culture of communication with clients. It is immediately clear that the management requires more orders from the employee, but no one cares how or when they are made. Customers are not appreciated here. If I don't, someone else will. He doesn't give a damn and there is no responsibility for words. Conclusion: if you want to waste time, nerves and run around the city in search of your blinds, you are here. And if you need a normal, honest relationship and keeping promises, look for another company. I strongly do not recommend it!
