An excellent place, rolls and Japanese cuisine, a varied menu, every position is a gastronomic paradise, anyone who wants rolls will find what they like, excellent staff, very polite and friendly, administrators, everyone is neatly dressed, the place is clean and smells very nice, due to the concept of an open kitchen, the waiting time was pleasantly surprised, in many times less than in other establishments in the city, 5 out of 5 in total, it was the first time, but now I'm sure I'll order there many more times, thank you for your responsible and high-quality work!!!

О чём, оператор предупреждает честно, но всё равно не понимаю, почему в обеденный перерыв человек должен 2 часа мучаться голодом, неужели нельзя наладить технологические процессы и приобрести оборудование, чтобы делать это быстрее, не отвлекая повара, который может эффективно делать другие заказы, не отвлекаясь на 2х часовую готовку лапши. Вопрос к владельцу. И второй вопрос. Доставка. Вы берте деньги за доставку по километражу, как такси. Какой минимальный заказ? Я нахожусь в 2х минутах езды от заведения, но не могу встать и покинуть рабочее место в обеденный перерыв, чтобы поесть у вас, плачу за доставку по цене такси и не могу заказать меньше, чем на 2000? Серьёзно? Горячо не рекомендую данное заведение ни друзьям ни знакомым никому вообще. Такое отношение ко мне, как к клиенту и к другим клиентам, попавшим в ту же ситуацию, что и я, меня возмущает, посему откажусь от услуг данного заведения даже на самовывоз, и проведу антирекламу среди знакомых. Персонал вежливый, девочкам спасибо.

The order was placed in the Kalininsky district of Donetsk. The order included items such as baked rolls , classic rolls and noodles . From the positive impressions: noodles with cream sauce dressing are quite tasty, the optimal amount of filling / filling. They wanted to transfer it to a plate , the noodles took the form of a package – they stuck together . It didn 't affect the taste . I can also mention the polite communication when clarifying the order. On the negative side: the lack of proper packaging for baked/hot rolls. Products cool down quickly in plastic containers. Adding a large mayonnaise cap that interrupts the whole taste of the roll . For fans of something more balanced and light, I do not recommend it. I read the reviews for this institution after placing an order. The customer orientation is impressive, especially the managers' responses. The lack of engagement to eliminate all the shortcomings is frightening . 🤝
