We stayed at this hotel from April 11 to April 19, 2026, in an improved room, with only 2 towels allocated to the room and did not change them for 5 days until we started looking for staff and asking for a replacement. There were big red ants and cockroaches in the bathroom, they asked me to kill them, so no one came for 8 days. In general, all requests from tourists are ignored by the staff. Our tour included only breakfast, they were monotonous: scrambled eggs, omelet, omelet with vegetables (turnip).onion and bell pepper), sandwiches (vegan). If you walk along the beach, there are many different shakes/cafes, the seafood is delicious and fresh, I liked the local dishes, the portions are large. The staff is reluctant to remove the territory and garbage from the rooms. There has never been a room cleaning in 8 days, but we did not ask for it. The sea is beyond praise, warm and very clean. The air temperature was 35 degrees Celsius daily, 28 degrees Celsius at night, and 33 degrees Celsius at sea. Waves before the rainy season. We went on 2 excursions: GOA in 1 day and Sawantwadi Palace and redi Fort, with a visit to the paradise beach. I really enjoyed the guided tours. Overall, the impression of the vacation is good, but there were nuances. I will not be returning to this hotel anymore.

Excellent location, 150-200 meters from the sea, good cafe, delicious food, friendly staff, always try to help. But the main problem is cleanliness! Dirty rooms, poorly cleaned, dirty walls, mirrors, floors, sinks. The faucet was leaking in our room, and it hadn't been fixed in 10 days. For example, mattresses on sun beds would sometimes be nice to clean from sand and traces of crows.
