We were just in the off-season, in November. We really liked it, the room is clean, comfortable, the kitchen is all there (even tea, sugar). There is a place to wash, a barbecue area, a gazebo. We had breakfast under the feijoa trees, accompanied by birdsong. A big plus is the heated swimming pool! It's just fire!!! The sea is literally a block and a half away. I recommend.

A family of three vacationed with me in August 2024, they were very happy, as if they lived with their relatives.We came by car from Moscow.Pleasant educated hosts Eduard and wife Inna, courteous, attentive maids Tamara and Shazina.The shared kitchen is always clean,napkins,pepper,salt, toothpicks,everything is fresh,clean and cozy,freshly renovated,Wi-Fi,Parking for six cars,well-groomed territory,swimming pool,gazebo and barbecue.The hosts treat and offer high-quality wine, mechanically pressed tangerine juice, melons, watermelons, fruits are always in the common refrigerator.There is silence around, the village is quiet and green,300 meters from the sea, there is a cafe on the beach, there are few people even in peak season, it is clean, the mountain landscape around.Price:5000 for a double room and a sofa for a third one for August 2024.Pitsunda and Cypress Alley are 5 minutes away by car, but you always want to return to the silence and coolness of air conditioners, fresh showers and clean rooms, home comfort and a pleasant stay by the pool.There are shops, and a little further away there are supermarkets and bakeries, a gas station and a car wash.Gagra and Pitsunda are nearby.We will definitely come to this guest house again and recommend it for a relaxing and family holiday.
