We had a family vacation in March , 5 people , a 4.5-year-old child. The staff is polite and friendly.Breakfasts with a variety of fruits, there is plenty to choose from! The pool on the ground has a children's area. 5-7 minutes to the sea, passing through cafe Louisiana (a cool cafe with a pool right on the beach) helped us out a lot because there were waves in the sea and we swam in the pool at this cafe right by the sea!! Wow!!! The location at the hotel is good, everything is quiet and peaceful, 5 minutes from the hotel and you are in the center of Nha Trang kipisha!!!! Snow massage parlor is 2 minutes from the hotel, good massage therapists work. 5 minutes cafe Moscow with Russian cuisine , has been operating for 20 years , the price is affordable . Medications for diarrhea and rotovirus were not useful for 8 days , ! !! In general, if I return to Nha Trang, then only to the Rigel Hotel.

Только вернулись из прекрасного отпуска во Вьетнаме. Впечатления об отеле ещё свежие 😁 Ужасный отель, абсолютно не тянет на 4*, даже на 3* сложно оценить. Находится на отшибе, ремонт отель не видел вообще...все старое, мебель разваливается, полотенца с дырками , постельное белье с въевшимися пятнами которые уже давно не отстирываются, да и это ладно бы , можно пережить, главное чтоб чисто было, но и с этим тут проблема 🤷 при заселении уже было впечатление, как будто номер никто и не убирал после выезда предыдущих гостей, на зеркале капли от зубной пасты, волосы в душе 🤢 пыль повсюду. Не раз слышала как на ресепшн, вновь поступившие гости ругались и требовали уборку номера. Завтраки отвратительные, никакого разнообразия, каждый день яичница, никаких булочек не ждите) кофе и чай ужасный. Фрукты все не спелые, что удивительно, потому как повсюду там продают вкуснейшие и разнообразные фрукты. В бассейне мы так и не рискнули искупаться, очень грязно, что в воде , что около бассейна. Лучше бассейн на пляже) В общем если есть вариант выбрать другой отель- выбирайте)

We were there from 10.01.2026 to 01.21.2026 with our grandchildren. The hotel is located on a quiet street, a 10-minute walk to the beach, close to shops. The staff was helpful, cleaning every day, towels were changed every day, two bottles of water, tea, coffee, and toiletries were provided. There was always hot water, the air conditioner was on, the TV was on, and there was even a Russian channel. The breakfasts were Asian, the children ate scrambled eggs, fruits, fried rice, vegetables. Delicious coffee. We had enough. I really liked the hotel. We would have come back here again.
