I've probably never liked such tall buildings. I'm one of those who like the classic neighborhood culture. However, the landscaping social activity areas are very nice. In the past, our neighborhoods were very safe and there were social areas in houses with gardens. We went to the sea instead of the pool. Now such sites are being done for money, security, maintenance of social areas, pools, etc. But still, usually no one knows anyone on the site. A matter of preference, of course.
