Very great and fast service I visited the branch to buy a MacBook the one that I was looking for was not available in this branch within 20 mins was arrived. The service was really good the works were polite as well!

I made an order in an online store. When registering, I indicated that I wanted to pick it up myself from the store in Arabkir. Ignoring this, a conversation took place from the screenshot, where I specifically said once again that I wanted to pick up the order myself from Arabkir the next day. When I came to pick up the order the next day, it turned out that my order was not in the store. Manager Alain said that I can either order delivery, or wait 25 minutes, it will be brought from another store. He agreed to wait. I returned to the store 30 minutes later - there was no order, neither was Alain, and his colleagues did not know where he was or what was going on. They asked me to wait a little longer. Then again. After 50 minutes of the promised 25, the order arrived. Then they couldn't pack the order back into the box for another 15 minutes, so I had to find the video of the order's anboxing on YouTube myself. That's when Alan came over... The order number, if anyone inside is interested, is ORD-693EAEFD62830.
