Paid 30k for simple computer on/off switch repair and ended up with sound not functioning at all. A non-professional would do a better job at least wouldn’t break the volume system

I had only one time experience of purchasing a vacuum cleaner from this store. And being honest, this was the worst service a customer could get! Their system works perfectly just to sell a thing to you, but as soon as you leave the store, don't expect to be assisted in any issue that can arise with the product they sold. Their support only redirects you to the call center operators who have no idea of the technical side of operation and have no authority to answer any of your questions or requests. Their store manager also doesn't provide you with an adequate answer regarding your issue, only postponing and promising to call you back...and guess what? He never calls! Please, go ONLY to AUTHORISED RESELLERS LIKE ZIGZAG store in case you want to get post-purchase support!
