We had a wonderful experience at Pul's Veterinarnaya Klinika! The clinic is very clean, spacious, and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment for both pets and owners. A special thank you to the female vet doctor who was incredibly accommodating last night— She took the time to thoroughly examine my friend's cat and showed great patience and kindness, even with the language barrier. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality veterinary services, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Во время забора крови у моей собаки врач работала без перчаток. После прокола вены место инъекции было прижато не ватой или салфеткой со спиртом, а просто пальцем. Купите пожалуйста перчатки и научитесь их надевать во время работы! Кроме того, нам назначили большое количество анализов на значительную сумму. Однако после получения результатов нам фактически не смогли объяснить причину состояния собаки, ограничившись фразой в духе «не знаем, что с ней», и предложили проколоть витамины группы B «на всякий случай». Складывается впечатление, что диагностика проводилась без четкого понимания дальнейшей тактики лечения. Обращаясь в ветеринарную клинику, ожидаешь профессионального отношения, соблюдения санитарных норм и обоснованных назначений. К сожалению, в нашем случае этого не было.

Very long que. We were told to do an ultrasound by Evgeniya but med had two days off. We were suggest to go somewhere else . When I questioned why ultrasound doesn't work just like the clinic 24/7 reply was " we care about our staff" which means they don't really care about our pets and can't afford a second staff. Poor service all in all
