Елена - настоящий профессионал с человеческим лицом: всё объяснила, помогла, уделила максимум внимания, несмотря на очередь и рабочую загрузку. С ней не просто приятно взаимодействовать - от такого сервиса остаётся ощущение, будто тебе помогли не по долгу службы, а по доброте сердца. Спокойная, теплая, обаятельная. Сегодня столкнулась с необоснованным хамством от сотрудницы Сосновской Ольги Геннадьевны. Целенаправленно развивала конфликт. Хотя у меня никаких претензий не было. И в очереди до меня был всего один человек, и не ждала я ничего, и за мной люди только подошли. Я пришла просто получить посылку, а вместе с ним получила пренебрежение и агрессию. Всё-таки есть люди, которым не стоит выбирать в профессию обслуживание и помощь людям.
