Совершенно некомпетентные сотрудники и в частности начальник почты. Навязывание дополнительных услуг и товаров, что не законно. Отказались принимать оформленную посылку( фото посылки приложены) без почтового пакета, который должен был у них купить за дополнительную оплату. Хамский разговор и оператора мужчины и начальницы почты- отсутствовал бейдж с ФИО, начальник почты так и не нашла, где написано, что запрещено отправлять посылку в картонной коробке- такого и нет в правилах. Без проблем отправил эту же посылку в отделении 142000 через 20 минут.

Это чудо место. Заходя в него оказываешься в теплой уютной атмосфере. Меня сразу встретили, спросили чем помочь, пошагово проинструктировали. Мне пришлось вернуться так как я неправильно указала реквизиты, меня опять тепло встретили и согласились помочь с корректировкой. Это напомнило мне старые добрые времена где каждый человек был друг другу товарищем, а не врагом. Спасибо, что у нас есть такое отделение теперь только туда!

Понравилась работа оператора почтового отделения 142003 Марии Соборовой. Адекватная девушка. Быстро и без проволочек приняла посылку Авито. Очень приятно, были изначально во всеоружии, ожидали худшего. Но Мария развеяла сомнения 👍🎁😊
