I really appreciate the doctor's calmness and confidence, as well as his ability to explain all the nuances in simple language. Any procedure for our cat and for us is always a lot of stress, the cat is old and moody and not all procedures are given to him to do. But Olga was able to find an approach to Tim, in her hands, even with the most painful procedures, he always lies quietly, obediently and calmly. Unfortunately, an extremely negative experience! Veterinarian Olga, at my request, was taking a dehydrated, emaciated cat from overexposure to an IV drip to her clinic. During the transportation, the cat got out of the carrier and ended up in the doctor's car, the doctor saw it. On the way to the clinic, Olga drove up to her house on personal business and began to open the car, taking things out of it, knowing that there was a scared cat in the car that could run away. The cat, already under stress, got even more scared and jumped out of the car. After 5 minutes, I arrived at this place, no cat, no Olga, no her car. Olga's husband came out and just gave me an empty carrier. Repeated searches for the cat, including at night, on the Falcon, where he ran away, ads on poles and on social networks did not yield results. The saddest assumptions remain that a sick, weakened animal, finding itself in a strange place, simply hid somewhere and died. This pain is forever in my heart now! I am very sorry and blame myself for turning to this person for help. There was no participation in the search for the cat, no condolences from Olga. Olga never even answered my phone calls in person after that, and it was important for me to understand where he had run off to and where to look. Olga's husband answered instead. If your pet is dear to you, please trust its trusted specialists and reliable people!
