I placed a pickup order in 30 minutes, and got a call back to confirm the order. We arrived a little earlier, we were waiting for a text message. 35 minutes after the confirmation call, I went to the order window to clarify - they said I wasn't ready, I was waiting. After another 30 minutes, they began to sort it out and it turned out that the SMS (marked in the system) was sent 25 minutes after the order was placed (it did not reach me at all) and I can pick up the order for the full price. The level of customer orientation and service is not high at all. The pizza is delicious, but I won't order any more.

Заказала пиццу ,,сырный цыпленок,,.Доставка была быстрая,но пицца просто отвратительная.Соуса в пицце совсем нет,очень тонкая,как лаваш,пицца сухая,сыр сверху хуже пересушенной резины,а про кунжут вообще забыли!Раньше мне нравилось здесь заказывать,но теперь вероятнее всего придеться отказатся .

Excellent delicious pizzas, a large selection, especially I love thin dough. It is also worthy of respect that they keep their word - they did not invest in time within the agreed delivery time, then pizza is free (for 1 kopeck)
