I came with a prescription for a prescription drug , to which they told me that there was none and they didn 't know if there would be , I demanded to write an explanatory note with the reason for the refusal , to which they told me we had nothing , there were no explanatory notes , we didn 't have to give anything . I asked for a complaint book, recorded everything there, and went to the Ministry of Health to let them sort it out.

The pharmacy is great. It seems to be cheaper than in many other pharmacies. I like the fact that when we had to put on an IV, here we were able to take ampoules of some drugs individually, and in other pharmacies we had to take a whole pack.
