In October 2024, I bought a pill for dogs in a store. I applied this time and now. There are strange employees working in this store. In the correspondence, the Russian girl said that there is a bravecto for dogs, we will bring it to you, they specified the address. They write - we'll deliver it to you now - oh, no, we don't have time already.. then the girl was silent in correspondence for 2 days. Then, when I asked if I could go in for a preparation myself (the store is located nearby), she replied that she was ill, come in yourself. This morning I write again - in response - "the product is out of stock." The girl fooled me for 5-6 days, during which time I would have already bought the drug elsewhere. I don't understand why you should waste someone else's time if you can't help at first, or you should have written right away - sorry, we can't help... Don't be silent for 2-3 days. There was no need to confirm that the drug was there and that you were delivering it. In general, I consider this attitude irresponsible, and I do not recommend contacting this organization.
