THE MOST favorite beach in Cyprus! the food in the restaurant is divine, the staff is top notch, the waiters are very kind and funny! There is a swimming pool where discos are often held.

07/03/25 we were a big company (3 families with children, 12 people). Before placing the order, we asked the waiter if he could divide the order into three separate orders, the waiter said there was no problem and accepted three separate orders. The food and drinks were taken out quickly. They took out our orders one by one. The third order was taken out when the first one was already finished. Well, OK, it's not a problem, but still a little sediment remained. It's our turn to receive invoices and pay for our orders. And what do you think, they brought a general receipt in which all the dishes are mixed, not even in the order that the waiter accepted. The bill was brought by another waiter, as "our" one had gone for an afternoon snack. We asked him why there was a common account when we needed three separate accounts, since someone pays in cash and someone pays with a card, and we basically need three different accounts. In the end, he shrugged his shoulders. Well, OK, we asked them to bring us a piece of paper and a pen so that we could divide the total order into 3 orders for this waiter. But the problem also turned out to be that the bill is all in Turkish and it's not even clear which dish is scored in the order. We somehow divided the order and gave it to the waiter so that he would bring 3 normal bills. The waiter arrives a few minutes later and says that he cannot divide the order into 3 and we need to pay the total bill. We asked the restaurant manager to be invited to discuss this issue. A few minutes later, the manager came to us, we explained the situation to him, he argued with us a bit and left. I've already brought in a senior manager. We are once again explaining our problem. I note that it has been a little over an hour since we brought the total bill to this conversation with the senior manager... The senior manager tells us that in addition to the bill, we have to pay another 5%, as described in their QR code on the table - for the best service! We tell him what the best service can be if we sit here for an hour and a half, we want to pay for the order, but we can't!!! And we ask him to remove this 5%, as we have already spent enough time on all these proceedings. The senior manager does not make concessions in any way, and I will say even more, we did not receive an apology from any person with whom we communicated in this restaurant for this situation, but on the contrary defended our position with all our might. This is nonsense. And this is despite the fact that the restaurant's level, as well as prices, is quite high. Any restaurateur understands that if a client leaves unhappy, then he is no longer his client, and perhaps friends and acquaintances of this client will not risk visiting this institution. As a result, we are again sitting waiting for the order to be divided into 3 orders. It's been 10-15 minutes, everyone's walking back and forth, and we're waiting. In the end, we decided to collect all the cash and pay for the order in cash without paying 5%. Since it was estimated that this situation (more than 1.5 hours of arguments and waiting) is not acceptable and should not be rewarded with additional bonuses for the service provided. We reached the cash desk, gave them the money in full for the food, and went out. A cashier and a security guard ran after us, demanding payment of 5% on top of the order. As a result, we resolved this situation on the street. But I will say that if you go to this restaurant, the staff there are in no way interested in customers, they just need a current payment and that's it. I would like to note that the day before we booked a table for dinner for our company. And it is already clear that you do not need to go to this restaurant and I do not advise others!!! And I think the restaurant management needs to think about which staff serves customers (from ordinary employees to managers) who bring profits to this restaurant.
