I wanted to avoid going with an unknown tour company. Joll Tur (Beril), our representative, is a complete scammer. She sent us on a tour within Alanya, and 60% of what she said wasn't what we expected. I called and told them, I asked the authorities, and they said, "This is the service we get, you can get off if you want, but your money won't be returned." We had a TERRIBLE day. Shame on Ms. Beril. This won't end here; I have many more places to write about, and I'm an editor on Google. If you say there's no such thing as bad publicity, that's also an option. Oh, and by the way, the translator (Bekir) was also very rude. He said, "Joll Tur always does the same thing, I can't do anything, they should call their boss," and kept saying that.

We had a rest in this beautiful place in early September, two adults and a child. This is the first time we have been to Turkey. We spent a lot of time and effort on choosing a vacation spot. When choosing a vacation, we had certain criteria that were very important to us! And we found this fabulous place! The sea is incredibly beautiful, the water temperature is as warm as possible, the sand is without the smallest pebbles, the entrance to the sea is gentle, ideal for children, the coast is fabulous. The hotel is great, the rooms are lovely, very spacious and bright! We had a room with a partial sea view and it was magical and beautiful and quite quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and good-natured, always ready to help with any issue. There are no questions about food at all, it is incredibly plentiful and very diverse, it is impossible for both children and adults, even the most fastidious, to stay hungry! You can describe it a lot and for a long time, but I don't see the point in it! You just need to come here and visit this beautiful place to understand that this is exactly your vacation spot! I wish the hotel prosperity and lots of the most good-natured vacationers!
