I took a classic medium shawarma with chicken here and was absolutely delighted. Lavash is incredibly crunchy, not rubbery, and holds its shape perfectly until the very last bite. The meat is juicy, well-fried, without fat and cartilage. The vegetables are fresh, the cabbage crunches pleasantly, and most importantly, the perfect balance is maintained: there is no feeling that you are eating one salad. The signature garlic sauce is just a cannon, it was added just as much as needed. The shawarma is hearty and juicy, but nothing has fallen apart or flowed. The staff is polite, everything was prepared in just 5-7 minutes. I will definitely come back here again!

Today, after training, I went to the Kebab Oven at 118 Brest. To be honest, I really liked the place. Especially the team of Sergey and Lisa. The guys are working just fine. There is fresh air in the room. The bathroom is cleaned and smells nice. Good music. They are very attentive and complete the order very quickly. Parking space is within walking distance. And the most important thing is that (as I have observed) compliance with all sanitary standards. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I finally found a place where they cook a really delicious and juicy kibab! I took the classic one with chicken - the meat is tender, the vegetables are fresh, the sauce is simply bombastic (I took garlic and cheese). The portion is huge, you can safely take one for two if you are not very hungry. Lavash is soft and toasted. The price is quite affordable for such quality. I will definitely come back to try other positions. I recommend it to all lovers of street food!
