We entered Bursa Pasto Özlüce branch at 20:35. No “welcome” was said, nor did the employees look at our faces. When we tried to place an order, they indicated that the bakery would close at 20:45 and we had to hurry. Moving to the table outside, we asked an employee who was smoking with several people at the back table for a chair so that we could sit down, but he was uninterested like the other employees. We wanted to order a pizza immediately, but this time we were told that the bakery would close at 20:50. We said, ”Okay, let's give it right away." But then it was reported that the oven has now completely closed and we can only buy coffee with dessert. We also agreed to him, but this time no one was interested for 10 minutes either. The general attitude was almost like ”I wish you hadn't come". That's why we decided to get up. On the way out, the employees Decamped to the tables and were chatting among themselves. No one asked why we were getting up, or even noticed that we were a customer there. It is unacceptable for a business participating in such a serious organization as the Cultural Road Festival to operate with such a frivolous, uninterested and amateur understanding of service. Even the inclusion of a place that exhibits such a distant attitude from hospitality in such a festival should be questioned.
