The lid is broken, which is why the bottle does not fully close.: The spray mechanism does not work (it does not spray), which makes use almost impossible.When I contacted the manager (or the person in charge), his attitude was simply unacceptable. He showed indifference to my problem. He claimed that I was to blame and refused to exchange or accept the defective product, saying that it was "not their responsibility." As a result, no solution was given, and I was left with a damaged, non-functioning product.
