Unfortunately, the administration is terrible. My wife and I did a long-term (several-month) stay with our dog at Panorama Kvariati. When we arrived, the reservation manager was very unhelpful with our questions. She never gave us a copy of our contract back, even after I specifically asked for it. She disappeared a month or two later. I asked the new reservation manager for a copy; I still didn't get it immediately (only when I demanded a copy when moving out). Several important emails went completely ignored. When I tried to reach out to handle the final utility charges, the new reservation manager simply removed me from the WhatsApp group and never sent me any reply whatsoever. We are still owed money back from the deposit for our dog. Additionally, there are frequent power outages or times when the water supply is cut off without warning. The only reason I give it a 2-star rating is because the view of the sea really is quite amazing.

It's a terrible place. Zero maintenance! We ordered cutlets with mashed potatoes, an hour later the waiter came and informed us that all the ingredients for our dish were missing and we still had to wait. Cocktails are a watered-down cherry compote that didn't have a hint of tequila in it. I don't recommend it to anyone.
