I went to the Panafoto branch in Multiplaza because I needed to compare prices and see some appliances in person. The store is very well located - it is inside the mall, so it is easy to get to, it has parking and the place feels safe and tidy. The variety of products is good: they have everything from large TVs, laptops, cell phones, air conditioners, to smaller things like blenders and headphones. I liked that the items are well presented and you can try several models without problem. As for the service, it depends a lot on the seller who attends to you. In my case, I was lucky: the guy who helped me was kind, explained to me the differences between models and did not pressure me to buy. But I've heard that's not always the case, some sellers can be a little pushy.
