For so many years, I've never been able to say anything bad about the staff. Yes, there were queues for the new year. But it would not be obvious only to a fool. And they dissipated quickly enough. The staff at the PVZ is sociable. They work fast and are friendly enough. Additional shelves were built for the holidays. So that the ordered items don't lie on the floor next to puddles from customers' shoes. Which I'm glad because I had to order on NG myself and it wouldn't be very nice to get a wet parcel. The last time was today. There are no questions about the pvz.

The staff's work is disgusting. My product was not found and cancelled. She came 3 times and left a phone number. As a result, they did not find it and it is unclear how they canceled it. While I was standing in line for 40 minutes, the delivery was completed, the whole point was filled with boxes. There were 5 customers in the queue, and two customers were turned around in front of me because they couldn't find the product. Close the point and empty the warehouse!!! I will complain wherever possible. The staff is in no hurry.

I have been visiting the point for several months. It gets sadder and sadder every time. The room is small and the workload is high. In terms of the quality of service, I would like to mention the eternally exhausted, tired employees and "breaks" for half an hour, I repeatedly get to them at different times of the day. We are all human beings, and breaks are certainly necessary, but please include them in the schedule so that plans can be made correctly. After picking up a purchase on the third attempt, after standing for 30 minutes under the door, wishing "have a nice day" does not carry the emotional load it is designed for, but rather the opposite. I am terminating cooperation with this item, good luck in your business.
