Poor service. According to the application, the order is ready for delivery. When I arrived, I was informed that "the goods are still in the boxes" and offered to return later, without telling either the date or the time. That is, they don't give a damn about my time spent. The point is dirty. The queue averages 3-4 people. There is a shortage of staff. The issuing officer is not competent: she confused orders several times in my presence. There is an announcement taped to the table with no packages, and it has been there for at least a week. I recommend choosing another pick-up point for orders.

The pick-up point is terrible, the queues are always huge, the wait is 20 minutes, the employees are looking for goods for a very long time, apparently there is a very small warehouse, but there are a lot of goods. There aren't enough other points nearby

This pick-up point does not have enough space and some kind of order storage system, which means that employees cannot find goods for a long time, especially if it is something small. Boxes of goods take up all the available space
