It says it works from 9 to 21, but I haven't seen this pick-up point open before 10, although I walk past it every day. It's 17:50 now, it's also closed, it's weird. Would you at least leave a note on the door so that customers can understand if an employee left for 15 minutes or if the point is completely closed today? The staff are polite, but the work schedule is unclear.
