On 06.06.2026, I came to the pick-up point twice for an order that is ready for delivery. At approximately 11.55 a.m., my extradition was refused due to the fact that they could not find me. They asked me to come over in the evening, they said they would call and find out where they had put him. I arrived again at approximately 18.45, but again the order was not found and continued to serve other customers, and they stopped looking for my order. They said you'd come on Monday. I think this attitude and behavior of the employee is unacceptable, because I asked for the order to be issued, as I have already come for the second time. The employee did not apologize and did not even try to call anyone in front of me.

to the comment from September 11: the shift ends at 21:00, as the point itself closes, and it also needs to be closed. who arrives 10 minutes before closing time? the fact that the employee will stay for 15-20 minutes while the buyer checks the goods, tries on, etc., he will not be paid, plus another 15 minutes to turn off the systems and close the pick-up point. That's half an hour of unpaid work. and you're not the only one who thinks to come 10-5 minutes before closing time, that's 30 or even more minutes of overwork every day. Yes, it's not our responsibility, but the employer's, but if he can't arrange it, let's at least be humane as buyers.
