This is a great hotel! ! dining room, laundry, Wi-fi , air conditioning, water, swimming pool, gorgeous views and the first coastline — and it's all for budget money! ! The hostess is incredibly kind and gives the atmosphere that you feel at home! ! cleanliness, no spiders or bugs, snow-white towels and bed linen. This is the best place to relax! I recommend it to everyone!

Super hotel All with a soul. Euro standard. Clean, sparkling white linen and towels. Everything you need for comfort in the rooms. We just approached the creation of the hotel so wholeheartedly. The best dining room is our own. At the first stage. A relaxation area with a swimming pool. Comfortable lounge chairs and armchairs. Tables and large umbrellas. There is everything for a comfortable stay. Smart cooks cook deliciously. The boats and khachapuri are the most delicious in the city. Prices are generally affordable. All with love, all with a soul❤️❤️❤️ Galina, the owner of the hotel, is sooo kind and open to communication. Always in touch. He will always prompt and just talk. Everyone who works at the hotel is very positive and sincere people. They create a comfortable stay for us. The rooms are large, clean and have beautiful views. It is located at the foot of the mountain and 3 minutes from the beach. Shops, cafes, and minibuses are nearby. The place is just great👍👍👍 we will definitely return to Gagra and only to our beloved Sail❤️ Thank you all very much You are the best

We had a rest at the beginning of June 25. All photos will match, you can be sure. In fact, everything is even better than in the photo. The hostess of the hotel, Galina, one word- Smart girl! Everything is under control, the cleanliness is perfect everywhere. The pool is warm and clean, there is a shower nearby, huge umbrellas with a place to relax are a separate topic! There is a railway nearby, it doesn't bother at all. The temporary construction site was noisy, but it was temporary. The beach is across the street. You can eat on the ground floor in the Sail. Delicious, the prices are acceptable: 2 pancakes with cottage cheese 150p, porridge 150p, chicken noodles 250p. The rooms are excellent, with a balcony. Comfortable mattresses, pillows. Clean, white linen. The refrigerator in the room, the bathroom and the shower are all spotless, clean and tidy, everything is tasteful. I would like to come again.
