Beauty. The eye is happy, there is a lot of greenery around, a playground, a beautiful territory with flowers. And this complex continues to be built further. Real estate prices are off the charts, but you want to live there!

Excellent layout of apartments, courtyard area. We chose from several apartments with partial or complete renovation. I was surprised that almost everything was done by one person (Cool Master). The quality is excellent. Walls, painting, flooring, ventilation, air conditioning. Well done guys!!!

Everything is fine, except for the accessibility of public transport and infrastructure in general. But for that, it's a very private atmosphere. A huge technical floor, it's cool to drive communications there, but I would also make huge storerooms there for residents, so much free space is disappearing ☺️
